Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.

Order tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If you have not received it within 5 business days contact AlexJ.AJ@yahoo.com

 

Split shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages from different suppliers at no extra cost. You will receive individual tracking for each shipment.

 

Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

 

Lost or damaged orders
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

 

Incorrect address
Please double check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at AlexJ.AJ@yahoo.com if you spot an error after ordering.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns if:

• Your item arrived damaged or faulty

• You received the wrong item

• Your order never arrived

• The item is significantly different from what was described

• Unopened item returned within 30 days of delivery

 

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used gadgets and electronics

• Change of mind after dispatch

• Items returned without prior approval

• Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions

Email AlexJ.AJ@yahoo.com with subject "Return Request — Order #[number]" including your name, order number, issue description, and photos if applicable. We respond within 2 business days.

 

Return shipping

• Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items — we cover return shipping

• All other approved returns — customer covers return shipping

 

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Exchanges
We only exchange items confirmed as damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Contact us with your order number and photos to request an exchange.
