1. SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days please contact us at afj210alex@gmail.com

Split shipments
As a dropshipping store we work with multiple suppliers. Some orders may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking for each shipment at no extra cost.

Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices or operating system versions
Bluetooth range and audio quality may vary depending on your device and environment

4. WARRANTY POLICY
Products sold at Tech Gadget Hub are covered by a 30-day quality guarantee. If your product develops a fault within 30 days of delivery due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it or issue a full refund.
Please note:

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, water damage (unless the product is rated waterproof), or modifications
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
To make a warranty claim email us at afj210alex@gmail.com with your order number and a description and photo of the fault
